PixelGen provides AI-powered image generation services through a subscription-based model. We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing and features are displayed on our website and may be changed with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed immediately upon subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
• We may update prices with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4.5 Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

Your subscription includes specific usage limits (number of generations per month). We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies and suspend accounts engaging in:

• Excessive or automated usage beyond normal human behavior
• Reselling or redistributing our services
• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Violating third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of images you generate using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your prompts and display your generations as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Content

All website content, software, and technology are owned by Nexa Proteam Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform.

6.3 Commercial Use

Paid subscribers may use generated images for commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, generate, or distribute content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit sexual, violent, or illegal content
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Impersonates individuals without consent
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates privacy rights of others

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs
• Security incidents
• Force majeure events

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexa Proteam Ltd from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Content you generate or distribute

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your account data may be deleted.
